LCW Chairman of the Board Ted Turner got out of the limousine with former LCW General Manager Eric Bischoff, Bill Goldberg, and Diamond Dallas Page. From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone and Larry Zbyszko discussed the fact that, as announced on LCW’s Official Twitter account (twitter.com/lcwrestling), Eric Bischoff had been relieved of his duties as General Manager by the Board of Directors in an effort to appease former LCW Chairman of the Board and LCW Founder Christian Calaway who returned to LCW last week on LCW Showdown and spoke with the LCW Board of Directors and demanded his position back. The Board of Directors refused, but Calaway’s lawyers managed to get the concession of the release of Bischoff as General Manager while the situation could be discussed further. Schaivone said he didn’t know why Bischoff was here and Zbyszko said, “Maybe Turner needed someone to hold his wallet.” Schiavone said, “Well, we all know what happened the last time Turner let Bischoff hold his wallet.” Bill Mercer approached the group and asked about the return of LCW Founder Christian Calaway and the fact that he would be at the show tonight. Turner said he wasn’t concerned about Calaway or his future as Chairman of the Board. He said that he stepped in and accepted the job as Chairman offered to him by the Board of Directors after Calaway abandoned the company and the position. Turner said the lawyers were working out the details and the situation would be resolved shortly. Mercer asked Bischoff what he was doing there since he was relieved of his duties as General Manager and Bischoff said, “Calaway may have had me removed as General Manager, but he can’t have me removed from the arena as I’m here tonight in my official capacity as the manager of Diamond Dallas Page and Bill Goldberg.” The group walked away.

From ringside, ring announcer Gary Michael Capetta introduced Flo Rida, who came out with Baby Doll and performed a rock version of his hit “Right Round” with Kevin Figuieredo, the drummer for the 401 Band, as Baby Doll danced around with Flo Rida and his backup dancers. During the performance, footage from the last few months of action and the buildup to LCW Uprising played on the LegendsTron behind them. During the performance, Missy Hyatt came out and tried to dance with Flo Rida but he kept turning his attention to Baby Doll. Missy kept trying to get his attention and he kept trying to ignore her. Baby Doll had enough and pushed Missy Hyatt down to the stage and kept dancing with Flo Rida. Missy got back up and grabbed Baby Doll by the hair and started brawling with her, stopping the performance. As the women continued to brawl, Flo Rida and his dancers and the band left the stage. LCW International Champion Tully Blanchard and LCW Television Champion Wildfire Tommy Rich came out and pulled their respective valets off the other. The two women broke free from their charges and started to brawl again. Blanchard tried to push Hyatt away from Baby Doll and Rich took offense and pushed Blanchard away. The two men almost came to blows, but security officials came out and kept them apart and stopped Missy and Baby Doll from brawling even more.

From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone and Larry Zbyszko reviewed the complete LCW Uprising card including the main event between LCW Universal Champion Magnum TA and Barry Windham. Schiavone and Zbyszko then turned their attention to the opening match on the card, the final match in the King of the Legends tournament featuring Diamond Dallas Page and Dr. Death Steve Williams. Schiavone talked about how Page instigated the tournament and even received a bye in the semi-finals and how tonight he would face his rival Williams in the finals. On the entrance stage, several crew members brought out a throne, a scepter and a robe for the new King of the Legends.

Diamond Dallas Page (with Eric Bischoff) defeated Dr. Death Steve Williams in 8:54 by pinfall after the Diamond Cutter in the finals of the King of the Legends tournament to become the King of the Legends. After the match, Eric Bischoff helped coronation Page as the new King of the Legends. He put the crown on Page’s head, handed him the scepter and, as he helped Page put on the robe, Williams made his way up the entrance ramp. Page managed to move out of the way as Williams charged toward them, but Bischoff couldn’t move out of the way fast enough and Williams hit Bischoff with a vicious spear that knocked Bischoff into the throne and broke the back of the throne from the seat. Page tried to attack Williams, but Williams got back up after the spear and blasted Page with a wicked clothesline. The crown rolled off of Page’s head and landed at Williams’ feet. Williams picked it up for a moment, looked at it, and then dropped it back down to the stage before stepping on it and walking away.

In the back, Bill Mercer interviewed an irate Baby Doll who said about Missy Hyatt, “This was my moment. I was an invited guest. If that bitch wants to get in my business, if she wants to get in my face, I will mess her up. I will take her plastic face and her fake tits and I will mess her up beyond recognition. This was my moment, but at SuperClash, I’m going to make a new moment when I mess up Missy Hyatt.”

Kevin Sullivan (with Luna Vachon) defeated Paul Orndorff (with Sir Oliver Humperdink) in 6:07 by pinfall after the double stomp. During the match, Vachon and Humperdink started to argue at ringside. Vachon wrestled Humperdink’s cane away from him as the referee came over the separate them. Vachon reared back like she was going to hit Humperdink with the cane, but turned around and blasted the referee with it instead. Humperdink got the cane back from Vachon as she ran off to talk with Sullivan. Before the referee was knocked out, Sullivan hit Orndorff with the Tree of Woe. Orndorff kicked out of a pinfall attempt. Sullivan picked up Orndorff and threw him into the ropes and Orndorff hit Sullivan with a desperation clothesline out of the corner before the referee was knocked out. After the altercation between Vachon and Humperdink, Orndorff got up and saw the referee knocked out and Humperdink with the cane in hand and Vachon on the other side of the ring. Orndorff asked Humperdink what he had done and Humperdink said he didn’t do it. Orndorff asked Humperdink if he was trying to cost him the match and Humperdink said it wasn’t him. Orndorff said, “Whatever,” and turned his attention back to Sullivan. Moments later, Sullivan put Orndorff in position for the piledriver, but Orndorff backdropped Sullivan. Sullivan hit Orndorff with a DDT. As Orndorff slowly pulled himself up from the mat, Humperdink reared back and blasted Orndorff with his cane. Sullivan hit Orndorff with the double stomp for the pinfall and the win. After the match, Humperdink hugged Sullivan and Vachon and left with them as the audience booed.

In the back, LCW Universal Champion Magnum TA was shown arriving to the arena earlier in the evening.

Sgt. Slaughter defeated Stan Hansen in 9:12 by pinfall after the Slaughter Cannon in a Finishing Move match in which the winner had to hit his opponent with his finishing move before the pinfall. During the match, Hansen attempted to hit Slaughter with the Lariat, but Slaughter avoided the maneuver and locked the Cobra Clutch on Hansen. However, Hansen couldn’t submit as the rules of the match required a pinfall. Slaughter released the hold before knocking Hansen out, climbed to the top rope, and hit Hansen with the Slaughter Cannon when he got to his feet for the pinfall and the win.

In the back, Bill Mercer interviewed Sir Oliver Humperdink, who was with Kevin Sullivan and Luna Vachon. Humperdink said, “Who is that son of a bitch to question me? Who is that loser to doubt anything I say? What if I had hit the referee with my cane? What if I had knocked him out? Who is that idiot to question my methods? But you know what, Bill, that wasn’t what upset me. That wasn’t what made me see the light. It was Orndorff’s dismissing me. You don’t dismiss me. I dismiss you. Paul Orndorff just got evicted from the New House of Humperdink. As a matter of fact, the New House of Humperdink is closed to renovations. Since I came back to Legends Championship Wrestling last year, I’ve been hampered by these losers. I’ve been saddled with Don Muraco, Superstar Billy Graham, the Wild Samoans, and Paul Orndorff. I’ve been anchored down by these losers, but not anymore. Tonight, I’m starting renovations on an even newer House of Humperdink. As for Kevin Sullivan and Luna Vachon, what can I say but welcome home, Sully.” Humperdink hugged Sullivan again as Vachon laughed and tried to get in on the hugging.

LCW Heritage Champion Nikita Koloff defeated Butch Reed (with Slick) in 9:08 by pinfall after the Russian Sickle clothesline. After the match, Ron Simmons came out and hit Nikita Koloff with the Dominator before leaving ringside with Slick and Butch Reed.

In the back, Bill Mercer interviewed Barry Windham who talked about the fact that it was his time and he was going to do what no one else in Legends Championship Wrestling could do: end the reign of Magnum TA as Universal Champion.

LCW International Champion Tully Blanchard (with Baby Doll) defeated Billy Jack Haynes in 6:17 by pinfall after the slingshot suplex.

In the back, Bill Mercer interviewed Slick, Ron Simmons and Butch Reed. Slick said he had reunited the most dominant tag team in professional wrestling history

Koko B. Ware defeated LCW Television Champion Wildfire Tommy Rich (with Missy Hyatt) in 6:58 by disqualification after LCW International Champion Tully Blanchard interfered and hit Rich with the title belt. During the match, Baby Doll came out to confront Missy Hyatt, but Blanchard came out to keep them apart. Hyatt slapped Blanchard and Baby Doll tackled her and the two women brawled. Rich, who had just hit Ware with the Wildfire Driver, went to confront Blanchard and Blanchard hit him with his title belt and the referee called for the bell.

In the back, Bill Mercer interviewed General Skandor Akbar, who was with Abdullah the Butcher and Sheik Adnan Al-Kassie, about Abdullah’s upcoming match with Ken Patera. Akbar said Patera wanted to play with fire and tonight he was going to get burned.

Ken Patera defeated Abdullah the Butcher (with Sheik Adnan Al-Kassie and General Skandor Akbar) in 5:13 by decision in an Inferno match when Abdullah’s leg caught on fire. During the match, Akbar tried to interfere by throwing a fork into the ring to Abdullah, but the flames kept rising every time Akbar tried to throw the fork into the ring. Carlos Colon jumped over the security barricade and grabbed the fork from Akbar and threw it to the floor. Al-Kassie tried to hit Colon with the flagpole, but Colon grabbed the flagpole and placed the Iranian flag into the fire as the audience exploded. As the flag ignited into flames, Carlos moved the burning flag toward Al-Kassie and Akbar and chased them up the entrance ramp and to the back.

In the back, Bill Mercer interviewed LCW World Tag Team Champions Manny Fernandez and One Man Gang and Fernandez said he was going to unify the LCW Tag Team Championships tonight. The screen split and LCW United States Tag Team Champions Big Van Vader and Terry Funk were on the other side with Sean Mooney. Funk said he and Vader were going to unify the titles. Fernandez and Funk started to argue saying they were going to unify the titles. Funk and Fernandez kept arguing saying back and forth, “We’re going to win the titles,” and, “No, we’re going to win the titles.”

LCW United States Champion Rick Martel defeated Iceman King Parsons (with Dark Journey) in 7:37 by submission with the Boston Crab. After the match, Martel refused to release the Boston Crab and Dark Journey got into the ring and begged Martel to release the hold. Martel finally released the hold and confronted Dark Journey asking her why she was with a loser like Parsons and not with a winner like him. Martel backed Journey into the corner yelling at her. Tito Santana came out and grabbed Martel and hit him with the flying forearm smash. Martel rolled out of the ring as Santana checked on Dark Journey and helped Parsons to his feet. From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone said, “Everyone forgot about Tito Santana including Rick Martel, but Tito Santana is back!”

In the back, Bill Mercer interviewed LCW Universal Champion Magnum TA about his upcoming match with Barry Windham.

LCW World Tag Team Champions Manny Fernandez and One Man Gang defeated LCW United States Tag Team Champions Big Van Vader and Terry Funk by pinfall in 12:48 when Fernandez pinned Vader after Funk hit Vader with one of the LCW United States Tag Team Championship belts before rolling out of the ring, grabbed the other belt and leaving ringside, making his way halfway up the entrance ramp to watch as Fernandez pinned Vader for the win. After the match, Gang tried to celebrate with Fernandez, who left the ring and grabbed the LCW World Tag Team Champions. Meanwhile, Gang demanded that Terry Funk come back to the ring with the LCW United States Tag Team Championships. Gang turned back to Fernandez and asked for his half of the LCW World Tag Team Championships. Fernandez dropped on of the belts and when Gang leaned down to pick it up, Fernandez blasted him in the head with the other belt. Fernandez picked up both belts and left ringside, joined Funk on the entrance ramp. Fernandez and Funk hugged each other and then raised all four belts in the air before going to the back.

In the back, Bill Mercer interviewed Manny Fernandez and Terry Funk and Funk said, “I said we were going to unify the titles and we just did. WE (pointing to he and Fernandez) just unified the titles whether you like it or not.”

Macho Man Randy Savage defeated Bill Goldberg in 12:42 by pinfall after the flying elbow smash from the entrance ramp in a street fight match after LCW Founder Christian Calaway came out and blasted Goldberg with a steel chair.

The lights in the arena went out and on the LegendsTron a promo for LCW SuperClash pay-per-view. The promo also announced that Britney Spears would be performing at the event live from the Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, NC.

From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone and Larry Zbyszko discussed SuperClash and Britney Spears and talked about the fact that it's the biggest show of the year. They also talked about the upcoming main event between LCW Universal Champion Magnum TA and Barry Windham tonight at Uprising. Schiavone announced that LCW Showdown wouldn't be seen next Wednesday due to a scheduling conflict with the network, but emplored fans to check out a new daily series of videos on LegendsChampionshipWrestling.com and said LCW Showdown would be back in two weeks with a huge show from the Cajundome in Lafayette, LA.

LCW Universal Champion Magnum TA defeated Barry Windham in 18:02 by pinfall after the belly-to-belly suplex. After the match, Ric Flair came out and attacked Magnum, putting him in the figure four leglock. Tully Blanchard came out and joined Windham in kicking at Magnum as Flair had him in the figure four leglock. Nikita Koloff came out with his chain and cleared Flair, Windham, and Blanchard out of the ring. Flair, Windham, Blanchard, Baby Doll, and JJ Dillon exited up the entrance ramp as the show went off the air.

---

What did you think of the show? The last time we saw Calaway, he was being investigated by the SEC, on charges of insider trading. Now, six months later, Calaway has returned, and one must assume that he wants his company back. But can he take it from the grasp of Ted Turner? Will we see the Founder this Sunday at Uprising?

*All predictions made are made by an independent source, and don't represent the actual result of the event, nor has any indication of what could happen at the event.

Dr. Death Steve Williams vs. Diamond Dallas Page in a King of the Legends Tournament Finals match:

Diamond Dallas Page has a high opinion of himself, especially when it comes to his LCW career. Page made comments about being the "king of the legends" for weeks, before LCW General Manager Eric Bischoff put Page's claim to the test with a tournament to crown the official King of the Legends. Page's journey through this tournament saw him defeat Paul Orndorff, and later receive a bye to the finals, when a match between Macho Man Randy Savage and Bill Goldberg got out of hand. Williams defeated such legends as Stan Hansen and Abdullah the Butcher to get his place in the finals. Now, bitter rivals Page and Williams are set to square off, but only one can put themselves in the history books forever, and be known as the only King of the Legends. Who will it be?

Prediction: Williams sense of direction lets him down once again, and Page wins!

Sgt. Slaughter vs. Stan Hansen in a Finishing Move match in in which the winner must hit his opponent with his finishing move before the pinfall:

Stan Hansen may have made the biggest mistake of his career back at the LCW Torment pay-per-view, when he returned and figured he'd make an impact... by attacking Sgt. Slaughter. Hansen, using his Lariat, certainly rented room in the mind of Sgt. Slaughter. Slaughter, though, proved that he was no pushover when he pulled his signature cannon-like move out of mothballs: the Slaughter Cannon. Now, at LCW Uprising, it's a match where the only way to win is to use your finishing move. Who will come out victorious?

Prediction: Slaughter takes the Slaughter Cannon out of retirement and defeats Hansen.

LCW Television Champion Wildfire Tommy Rich (with Missy Hyatt) vs. Koko B. Ware:

Koko B. Ware's journey to this match was as rocky as you can get! He won a contenders match back at Showdown Sweepstakes. However, that wasn't enough for Missy Hyatt who was determined to prove that Ware wasn't worthy to face Wildfire Tommy Rich, the current Champion. So she set up a couple of matches for Ware, and if he lost, the person who beat him, would replace him. Proving there's no place like home, Hyatt looked to her “family” using Hollywood John Tatum and Austin Idol to face Ware. Neither man could get the job done, though not for a lack of trying, and Ware will still get his opportunity at the title this Sunday. The big question is, can he walk out the Champion?

Prediction: Rich, like Reed, uses his lovely valet Missy Hyatt to retain the title.

LCW Heritage Champion Nikita Koloff vs. Butch Reed (with Slick):

The Russian Nightmare, Nikita Koloff was seemingly losing focus after losing the LCW Universal Championship one year ago at LCW SuperClash 2008, but he refocused himself and won the LCW Heritage Championship. Butch Reed, no stranger to holding gold in this company, wants what Koloff holds so dearly. With Sick as his mouthpiece, Reed has made it abundantly clear that the Heritage Championship will be coming home with him after LCW Uprising this Sunday.

Prediction: Slick interference proves good for Reed, and wins Reed the title.

LCW International Champion Tully Blanchard (with Baby Doll) vs. Billy Jack Haynes:

If he's said it once, he's said it a thousand times, Billy Jack Haynes wants championship gold. This Sunday, he will get the opportunity to win the LCW International Championship as he faces the current champion, Tully Blanchard, in a title match. You can't take anything away from Haynes, who beat The Iron Sheik in a contenders match back at the Showdown Sweepstakes to get here. Blanchard, on the other hand, has been a fighting and very successful champion. It's a case of who wants it more this Sunday.

Prediction: Blanchard to retain.

Ken Patera vs. Abdullah the Butcher (with General Skandor Akbar and Sheik Adnan Al-Kassie) in an Inferno match:

General Skandor Akbar and Sheik Adnan Al-Kassie have been on a mission. Not the mission you'd expect, as it hasn't been about titles, it's been about driving Ken Patera out of Legends Championship Wrestling. Patera was, for lack of a better phrase, unceremoniously kicked to the curb by Adnan and Akbar back in February, after, in their minds, being the man who lost the ten-man tag team match at the LCW Descent pay-per-view. During a match several weeks ago, Skandor Akbar threw a fireball in Patera's face. This past week on LCW Showdown, Patera got some measure of revenge when he threw a fireball into the face of Butcher. This Sunday at Uprising, Patera looks to finish what he started with Butcher, as Akbar and Al-Kassie look to get rid of Patera once and for all... in a match with the ring surrounded by fire!

Prediction: Ken Patera wins, continuing to downward spiral of the Disciples of Allah.

LCW United States Champion Rick Martel vs. Iceman King Parsons (with Dark Journey):

Rick Martel became LCW United States Champion by defeating former Strike Force partner, turned rival, Tito Santana a couple of months ago. Iceman King Parsons won a contenders match by virtue of the Showdown Sweepstakes to earn his opportunity. However, this issue goes beyond a title match, as Martel, over the past few weeks, has been flirting with Parsons valet Dark Journey. Parsons, who caught them flirting in the locker room, and more recently this past week on Showdown at ringside, has told Parsons “Dark Journey won't be the only thing I pull away from you at Uprising”. Can Parsons prove this to be true this Sunday?

Prediction: Martel retains (I smell a rat here somewhere. Hint hint.)

LCW World Tag Team Champions Manny Fernandez and One Man Gang vs. LCW United States Tag Team Champions Big Van Vader and Terry Funk in a Tag Team Unification Match:

At LCW Uprising, history will be made, as the LCW World Tag Team Championships and the LCW United States Tag Team Championships will be unified. The tumultuous relationship is well documented when it comes to Terry Funk and Manny Fernandez, as the two waged war just before Funk headed out to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. However, upon his return, he vocalized his displeasure in Fernandez teaming with One Man Gang to win the LCW World Tag Team Titles, and even made an off-the-cuff remark about himself and Vader taking the LCW World Tag Titles. This has led to a series of one-on-one matches between the two teams, and finally this past week on Showdown, Funk made the challenge that we were all waiting for – a unification match. Which team can prove their dominance, which team can prove their desire and will to succeed? Which team can become the sole LCW Tag Team Champions?

Prediction: I'm no gambling man, and so I decline to offer a prediction in a match that could go either way!

Macho Man Randy Savage vs. Bill Goldberg in a street fight:

Macho Man Randy Savage's judgment may come into question after LCW Uprising, as LCW fans and Savage himself may question why he ever involved himself in the business of one Bill Goldberg. However, it may prove a good and successful decision that all comes down to a Street Fight match this Sunday at Uprising. Savage returned to Legends Championship Wrestling on April 12, at LCW Torment, when he involved himself in the LCW Universal title match with Goldberg and Magnum TA. Since then, the two have competed in King of the Legends tournament matches, and tag team matches together, and neither time could they contain themselves within the boundaries of the ring or the rules. Finally, LCW General Manager Eric Bischoff had enough, and booked a Street Fight between the two. They'll settle it all this Sunday.

Prediction: Randy Savage wins in a bloody and brutal affair.

LCW Universal Champion Magnum TA vs. Barry Windham:

Magnum TA, the LCW Universal Champion has overcome everyone who stepped in his way since last June, where he became LCW Universal Champion at LCW SuperClash 2008. Barry Windham, like most others at this pay-per-view, won his title match as a result of the Showdown Sweepstakes. Windham, some think, the most daunting challenge for Magnum, has proved time and again that he is a force to be reckoned with in LCW. Magnum TA making the best of a good opportunity, has proved that his first LCW Universal Title reign may be his most historic as, if he wins this Sunday, he will more than likely be champion going into SuperClash, making him a year long reigning champion. Magnum has faced adversity in his life, as a tragic car accident ruined his chances at becoming NWA Heavyweight Champion, and nearly ruined his wrestling career. That was not to be, as he's in Legends Championship Wrestling, and he is known as one of the greatest legends to ever step foot in an LCW ring. Windham, like so many others before him, believes he can take the LCW Universal Title from Magnum, and may be correct in his prediction, we'll have to find out this Sunday at LCW Uprising.

Prediction: Barry Windham wins the LCW Universal title.

Final Breakdown on the event:

As LCW SuperClash draws closer and closer, ALL LCW Legends will have to step up their game in order to secure themselves a spot on the biggest show of the year. But I have a feeling, that LCW Uprising is gonna be one hell of an event, and by the end of the night, we'll all be chanting, “LC-Dub! LC-Dub! LC-Dub!”

LCW Uprising 2008 Pay-Per-View Results 05.25.08

LCW Uprising 2008 (May 25, 2008) Pay-Per-View Results live from the Toyota Center in Houston, TX.

From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone and Larry Zbyszko reviewed the upcoming card and Schiavone said, “The road to SuperClash starts tonight! With that let’s go to ringside and ring announcer Gary Michael Capetta!”

LCW United States Champion Ken Patera defeated Tully Blanchard (with Baby Doll) in 5:38 by pinfall after a powerslam. During the match, Baby Doll jumped up on the ring apron as Patera had Blanchard in position for the powerslam and tried to pull on Blanchard’s leg to help him, but Patera pulled away from Baby Doll. Baby Doll tried to pull, but Patera stepped back and Baby Doll was knocked off the ring apron and fell into the steel security guard rail around the ring, seriously injuring her shoulder. After the match, she had to be taken from ringside after the match by medical officials.

In the parking lot, Baby Doll was being loaded into an ambulance by medics. The ambulance drove away and outside the arena some thugs were making fun of Tully Blanchard. Blanchard went to confront them and then began to attack him. Manny Fernandez was walking by and went to help Blanchard. The thugs began to attack Fernandez as Blanchard ran away. One of the thugs pulled out a switchblade and stabbed Fernandez in the mid-section. Fernandez fell to his knees and clutched his side as the thugs ran away. Blanchard drove by Fernandez and Fernandez asked Blanchard to take him to the hospital, but Blanchard said he wasn’t going to let a bloody Fernandez into his Cadillac because he might get blood on the upholstery. Blanchard drove away as LCW General Manager Ole Anderson appeared and told Fernandez he needed to get to a hospital and that he would call an ambulance for Fernandez. Fernandez said he had to defend his title against Tatum tonight and Anderson said, “Are you crazy!? You’re in no condition to wrestle. You’ve just been stabbed. You need to be taken to a hospital.” Fernandez said, “It’s not that bad. I’ve suffered worse. I’m going to the ring to defend my title.” Anderson said, “There’s stubborn and there’s stupid and you’re just being stupid, Bull.” Fernandez, holding his side in obvious pain, said, “I’m not a coward and I’m not a quitter. You’re going to have to kill me to stop me from defending my title like a man, daddy.” Fernandez hobbled away as Anderson looked on and shook his head.

Hollywood John Tatum (with Missy Hyatt) defeated LCW Television Champion Manny Fernandez in 1:45 by pinfall after a gut wrench suplex to win the LCW Television Championship. After the match, Fernandez was spitting up blood and had to be taken from ringside on a stretcher.

In the back, Mean Gene Okerlund interviewed LCW Heritage Champion Gorgeous Jimmy Garvin, with his valet Precious, about his upcoming title defense against Terry Funk. Garvin said he had beaten Billy Jack Haynes at his own game, with his own hold, the full nelson, and if Terry Funk wanted to get hardcore tonight, they could get hardcore and he’d beat Funk at his own game as well.

LCW Heritage Champion Gorgeous Jimmy Garvin (with Precious) defeated Terry Funk in 5:44 in a hardcore match by pinfall after Funk put the spinning toe hold on Garvin, but Garvin reversed it into a small package. Before the match, Terry Funk called Garvin’s bluff and accepted his earlier challenge to make the match a hardcore match. Garvin tried to take back the challenge and said he was only joking, but LCW General Manager Ole Anderson came out and said Garvin opened his mouth and issued the challenge and if Funk was willing to accept it, the match would officially be a hardcore match. Anderson asked Funk if he accepted the challenge and Funk went outside the ring and started throwing hardcore items like steel chairs, a garbage can, a stop sign, and other items into the ring. Anderson said he would take that as a yes and called for the bell to be rung to start the match.

At the local hospital, Sean Mooney was waiting at the Emergency Room entrance for Manny Fernandez to arrive. The ambulance arrived at the hospital and Fernandez was wheeled into the emergency room on a stretcher. Meanwhile, Tully Blanchard was at the admittance desk asking about Baby Doll and when Fernandez was wheeled past Blanchard and Fernandez called Blanchard a coward for leaving him at the arena after being stabbed. Fernandez jumped up off the stretcher and attacked Blanchard. The two men brawled, but Blanchard quickly gained the upper hand on a weakened Fernandez and Fernandez collapsed from the loss of blood from the stabbing. The doctors told everyone that Fernandez needed to be taken into surgery immediately.

LCW United States Tag Team Champions The Rock 'n' Roll Express defeated Abdullah the Butcher and Kamala (with Kevin Sullivan and Luna Vachon) in 5:13 by pinfall when Ricky Morton pinned Kamala after a missile dropkick. After the match, Abdullah the Butcher, Kevin Sullivan, and Luna Vachon berated Kamala for losing the match. Kamala attacked Sullivan hitting him with a several chops, the final one which sent Sullivan over the top rope and out of the ring. Vachon jumped out of the ring as Abdullah attacked Kamala. Kamala fought back and clotheslined Abdullah and Abdullah stumbled through the ropes and out of the ring and Abdullah dragged him up the entrance way and to the back as Kamala stalked after them.

In the back, Mean Gene Okerlund interviewed Cowboy Bill Watts, with LCW International Champion Dr. Death Steve Williams, who said that Williams was going to prove once and for all he was the most dominant man in Legends Championship Wrestling and if Race got in his way he was going to prove he was the more dominant manager.

LCW International Champion Dr. Death Steve Williams (with Cowboy Bill Watts) wrestled Big Van Vader (with Harley Race) to a double disqualification in 7:37 after the referee called for the bell after he lost control of the match and couldn’t get the two men to stop brawling with each other. As the audience chanted “Bullshit! Bullshit!” LCW General Manager Ole Anderson came out and said, “You know, it’s not often that I agree with an audience, but I’ve got to agree wholeheartedly with what this audience is chanting. Referee, I want this match restarted under no disqualification, no countout rules. Let these two big bastards go at until we have a pinfall or a submission!”

LCW International Champion Dr. Death Steve Williams (with Cowboy Bill Watts) defeated Big Van Vader (with Harley Race) in 5:14 by pinfall after the Oklahoma Stampede after Watts punched Harley Race, knocking him out at ringside and then pushed Vader, who was attempting a moonsault, off the top rope.

In the back, Mean Gene Okerlund interviewed Skandor Akbar who said that King Kong Bundy and One Man Gang were going to win the LCW World Tag Team Championships from the Skyscrapers. Bundy and Gang said that the Skyscrapers had faced some of the toughest and strongest teams in Legends Championship Wrestling, but they had never faced the biggest and baddest team in Legends Championship Wrestling…King Kong Bundy and One Man Gang.

LCW World Tag Team Champions The Skyscrapers defeated King Kong Bundy and One Man Gang (with Skandor Akbar) in 4:49 by pinfall when Sid Vicious pinned King Kong Bundy after the powerbomb.

In the back, Mean Gene Okerlund interviewed The Rock and his father, Rocky Johnson about their handicap match with Tony Atlas, Butch Reed, and their manager Slick. The Rock said he was going to lay the smackdown on the Brothahood and end a dark chapter in the history of Legends Championship Wrestling once and for all.

The Rock and Rocky Johnson defeated Butch Reed, Tony Atlas, and Slick in 6:58 by pinfall when The Rock pinned Slick after the Rock Bottom. Due to pre-match stipulations, Reed and Atlas will no longer be able to team together, but because he participated in the match Slick could manage them as singles wrestlers. After the match, Atlas and Johnson attacked Rock and Johnson, throwing Johnson into the steel ring post and out of the ring and then double teaming The Rock. Diamond Dallas Page’s music hit and Page came out and helped even the odds, joining The Rock in clearing the ring of Atlas and Reed, hitting Reed with the Diamond Cutter. Page and The Rock stared at each other for a moment and, from the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone said, "The two People's Champions are face to face in the center of the ring for the first time ever!" Page then left the ring and existed through the crowd.

In the back, LCW Founder, and former Chairman of the Board, Christian Calaway was walking with LCW Chairman of the Board Jim Crockett, Jr., and talking about Calaway being the Chairman of the Board again, but having to be challenged by LCW Universal Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin to a match. Crockett asked if Nikita Koloff asking for Calaway to be a “special ringside enforcer” was a setup to screw Austin out of the title. Calaway said he wasn’t there to screw Austin, he was there to see that the best man win. As Calaway and Crockett turned around the corner, they walked into LCW Universal Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin. Crockett walked away as Austin told Calaway that he better not screw him tonight or he would never be the Chairman of the Board again.

Randy Savage came out with his brother The Genius Lanny Poffo and as he made his way to the ring he performed “Be A Man,” a special song Savage said was dedicated to Hulk Hogan.

Brutus Beefcake defeated Randy Savage (with the Genius Lanny Poffo) in 8:05 by disqualification after The Genius Lanny Poffo interfered and threw the referee out of the ring as he checked on Savage who was in the sleeperhold. Poffo then attacked Beefcake until Savage regained his senses to joined Poffo in the attack. Savage climbed to the top rope and hit Beefcake with the flying elbow smash. Savage went outside the ring and grabbed a microphone and said, “Hogan! Hogan, where are you? Come on out, Hogan?” Savage handed the microphone to Poffo and climbed to the top rope and hit Beefcake with another flying elbow smash. Poffo handed Savage the microphone and said, “Hogan, I’m going to keep doing this until you show your face you coward. It’s time to settle this thing between us once and for all!” Savage went to climb the rope again when the LegendsTron showed footage of a cameraman running to the parking lot as a yellow pickup truck was shown arriving at the arena. Hulk Hogan stepped out of the truck and slammed the door and Mean Gene Okerlund ran up to him and Hogan asked him where Savage was. Okerlund said, “Savage is attacking Beefcake in the ring. You’ve got to get out there help him.” Hogan walked briskly through the corridor as the crowd chanted, “Hogan! Hogan! Hogan!” In the ring, Savage prepared for Hogan’s arrival. Hogan made his way through the curtain and the crowd exploded as “Real American” played in the background. Hogan made his way to the ring and was first met with Poffo. Savage made quick work of Poffo clotheslining him over the top rope. Savage attacked Hogan from behind and seemed to have the advantage, throwing him into the ropes and laying Hogan out with a running double axehandle. However, when Savage went to kick Hogan in the head he began Hulking Up. Savage tried to punch Hogan, but Hogan continued Hulking Up. Hogan threw Savage into the ropes and hit him with the big boot, but Poffo pulled Savage out of the ring before Hogan could hit Savage with the legdrop. Hogan helped Beefcake to his feet and then grabbed a microphone and said, “Savage, you’ve been running me down for months in Legends Championship Wrestling. My son is in jail, my wife has filed for divorce, and I have to hear you run your mouth. I’m here to shut you up, brother! And what ya gonna do when Hulkamania ends the Madness once and for all at SuperClash!” Hogan and Beefcake posed in the ring as Savage and Poffo exited up the entrance ramp.

From the hospital, Sean Mooney talked with Baby Doll and Manny Fernandez’s doctors about their conditions. Baby Doll’s doctor said she had dislocated her shoulder. Manny Fernandez’s doctor said that his condition had stabilized after he was stabbed earlier in the evening.

Demolition defeated Cowboy Bob Orton and Dirty Dick Slater (with Cowboy Bill Watts) in 6:39 by pinfall when Ax pinned Slater after the Decapitation Device.

In the back, Men Gene Okerlund interviewed Magnum TA about facing Paul Orndorff. Magnum said that when Ornodrff tried to run him off the road a few months ago he tried to not only end his career, but end his life. Magnum said Orndorff could try and kill him, but he could never kill his dream of being the LCW Universal Champion. He said when his dreams of being NWA World Heavyweight Champion were killed after the car accident in 1986, he never thought he’d have another chance to be a champion, but tonight the road to SuperClash and the LCW Universal Championship begins with Magnum TA kicking Orndorff’s ass.

Magnum TA defeated Paul Orndorff in 12:04 by pinfall after the belly-to-belly suplex to become the number one contender for the LCW Universal Championship at LCW SuperClash on Sunday, June 22, 2008. After the match, Magnum said, “This was arguably the most intense match we’ve seen all year. What a match! Magnum TA is the number one contender for the LCW Universal Championship, but will he face reigning champion Stone Cold Steve Austin or will he be facing his longtime friend Nikita Koloff.

From ringside, ring announcer Gary Michael Capetta introduced Rise Against who preformed “The Good Left Undone” on the entrance stage as a video package of the history between LCW Founder, and former Chairman of the Board, Christian Calaway, LCW Universal Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin, and Nikita Koloff played on the LegendsTron including the formation of the Entourage, Calaway’s feud with Austin, Calaway stripping Austin of the title after he won it the first time from Koloff and giving it back to Koloff, Calaway being held hostage and shot by the Iron Sheik, Calaway allowing Austin to retain the title at LCW Night of Horrors last year in a ladder match, and the events of the past several weeks.

Nikita Koloff defeated LCW Universal Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin in 16:02 by decision in a ladder match to win the LCW Universal Championship with LCW Founder, and former Chairman of the Board, Christian Calaway as the special guest ringside enforcer. During the match, Austin was climbing the ladder as Koloff and Calaway argued. Koloff pushed Calaway and he stumbled into ladder, knocking Austin off the ladder, over the top rope and sending him crashing down to the floor below. As he fell, Calaway’s head hit the ladder and he was almost knocked unconscious. As Koloff grabbed the ladder and attempted to set it up in the middle of the ring, Calaway struggled to stop Koloff by grabbing his boots. Koloff stood above Calaway and then kicked him viciously in the head, knocking him out. Austin got back into the ring and Koloff hit Austin with the Russian Sickle clothesline. Koloff then climbed the ladder and grabbed the title belt and left the ring to celebrate on the entrance stage as Austin and Calaway both tried to get to their feet as the show went off the air.

LCW Uprising 2007 Pay-Per-View Results 05.27.07

Uprising (May 27, 2007) live from the Value City Arena in Columbus, OH.

In the parking lot, Playboy's Hugh Heffner arrived in a limousine with his girlfriends Holly, Bridget, and Kendra of the hit E! show, The Girls Next Door. Mean Gene Okerlund appeared and Heffner announced that one of the lovely ladies of Legends Championship Wrestling that he sees tonight at LCW Uprising would grace the pages of Playboy in the near future.

From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone and Larry Zbyszko previewed the night's card and reminded everyone that Uprising was the first stop on the road to LCW SuperClash on July 1, 2007, which is, as Schiavone put it, "The most important night of the year in Legends Championship Wrestling. It's our World Series, it's our Super Bowl, it's our StarrCade, it's our WrestleMania, and the road to LCW SuperClash starts…right now. With that, let's go to the ring and Gary Michael Capetta."

Superstar Billy Graham (with LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway) defeated LCW International Champion Magnum TA in 13:47 by pinfall to win the LCW International Championship after Calaway grabbed Magnum's leg as he attempted a belly-to-belly suplex off the middle rope and Graham landed on Magnum for the pinfall and the win.

In the back, Hulk Hogan arrived on crutches and was approached by Mean Gene Okerlund. Hogan announced that after being attacked by Bobby Heenan's henchmen King Kong Bundy and One Man Gang last week on Showdown he wasn't going to be able to wrestle because his knee had been badly injured. Okerlund asked Hogan what was going to happen and Hogan said he was going to find a substitute to take his place in the steel cage match with Bobby Heenan tonight.

Steve Williams defeated Randy Savage (with Sensational Sherri Martel) in 7:51 in a table match by decision after the Oklahoma Stampede through a table. Before the match, Williams came through the crowd and clotheslined Savage over the top rope and then hit Sherri with the Oklahoma Slam. As they carried Sherri out on a stretcher, Williams yelled at Savage, "I told you she wouldn't be at ringside."

In the back, a limousine arrived and Mean Gene Okerlund speculated about who might be inside.

In the ladies locker room, Woman and Madusa were getting ready when Missy Hyatt approached them and said, "I don't know why you two are even wasting time getting ready because Hugh Heffner is going to pick me to pose in Playboy. I mean, isn't it obvious. I have one of the top sites on the internet: missyhyatt.net. Come on, ask yourself why wouldn't Heffner pick me over you two…skanks." Woman and Madusa began to brawl with Missy Hyatt as security officials came in to separate them. LCW Commissioner Nick Bockwinkel approached and said, "Why don't you ladies settle your differences in the ring tonight in front of Mr. Heffner and let him decide…in a Playboy Dance Showdown."

In the back, Stone Cold Steve Austin was talking with a member of the production crew when Hulk Hogan approached him on crutches. The two men stared at each other for a moment before Hogan asked Austin to take his place in the match against Bobby Heenan. Austin said, "It's not secret that you and I ain't friends, but if I do this for you, you're gonna owe me big." Hogan said anytime Austin needed anything, he would be there for him if he did this for him. The two men shook hands and Hogan walked away on the crutches.

LCW United States Champion Brutus Beefcake defeated Kevin Sullivan in 6:08 by knockout with the sleeperhold. During the match, Luna Vachon appeared and posed in front of Heffner and then screamed at him which scared his girlfriends and made them scream. After the match, Beefcake grabbed Luna Vachon and put her in the sleeperhold and knocked her out. Beefcake grabbed a microphone and said, "Last month, I beat Gorgeous Jimmy Garvin in a hair vs. hair match and I was supposed to cut his hair, but Kevin Sullivan interfered and cost me my spoils. Well, tonight someone's getting their hair cut. Is it going to be Kevin Sullivan?" The audience cheered and Beefcake asked, "Or is should it be Luna Vachon?" The audience exploded. Beefcake said, "Why don't we ask Heff's girlfriends?" Beefcake jumped out of the ring and asked Hugh Heffner's girlfriends and Kendra screamed, "Cut that crazy bitch's hair off." Beefcake went back into the ring and went to cut Luna's hair, but Sullivan pulled her out of the ring and they ran away.

In the back, Steve Williams was on his cell phone speakerphone with Cowboy Bill Watts and said, "I said I would do it, didn't I? I told you I would. I sent that scary bitch through the table and straight to the hospital." Watts congratulated him on taking Sherri out of the picture and defeating Savage. LCW Commissioner Nick Bockwinkel approached him and said while he didn't condone what Williams did to Sensational Sherri Martel, but he did defeat Randy Savage in the table match and the Board of Directors was impressed. Bockwinkel announced that Steve Williams was now the number one contender for the LCW United States Championship.

In the back, LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway approached Mean Gene Okerlund who was standing by the limousine and demanded to know who was inside. Calaway banged his cane on the hood of the limousine and then reared his cane back like he was going to smash the window with the cane when the door began to open and The Rock stepped out of the limousine! Calaway said, "Well, well, well. The crown prince of professional wrestling has finally decided to return, finally decided to grace us with his presence. From Mount Olympus, comes Zeus himself. Bow before the mighty God of professional wrestling...The Rock. Something they forgot to tell you, Rock. I don't bow down. What the hell are you doing here anyway? Who invited you?" The Rock said, "Who in the periwinkle blue hell are you?" Calaway said, "You know who I am, you son of a bitch. I'm the LCW Chairman of the Board Christian…" The Rock said, "It doesn't matter what your name is. You still need to know your role and shut your mouth and listen to what The Rock has to say." The Rock stared at an incensed Calaway for a moment as the crowd cheered and said, "Wait for it…wait for it…are you ready?" The audience cheered as The Rock continued, "Finally…The Rock has come back to Columbus, Ohio. Why is The Rock here you ask? Why is The Rock here? I'll tell you why. Because tonight, in that ring out there my father and his best friend are going to become the LCW World Tag Team Champions one more time when they beat the holy hell out of The Wild Samoans. As for The Rock personally, I've been asked to appear by the Board of Directors and then tomorrow morning I'm meeting with them to sign an exclusive Legends Championship Wrestling contract." As the audience exploded, Calaway said as he tapped The Rock's chest with his cane, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, you jabroni, nobody told me about this and I don't know if anyone told you, but I'm the boss around here and I decide…" The Rock put his hand in Calaway's face interrupting him and said, "Don't try to give The Rock a bag of monkey crap, bitch." The audience exploded and The Rock continued, "And if you don't stop hitting me with that cane I'm going to shine the pointy end of that thing up, turn it sideway and stick it straight up your roody poo, candy ass! Then again, maybe not. I've heard you might actually like that and the Rock doesn’t play for that team. But you know what, The Rock doesn't care if you're the boss, I don't care if the Board of Directors make the decisions, the only thing I care about is getting in that ring again and if it means kicking your candy ass, The Rock is ready to go. You want to run your mouth, that's fine, but don't think that just because you're the Chairman of the Board around here makes you better than me. Because at the end of the day you are still and always will be a...read my lips carefully...(whispering and annunciating slowly in Calaway's face) roody poo candy ass!" The audience exploded and The Rock added, "Oh yeah, and a jabroni." Calaway said, "Rock why don't you take your tired, worn out, lame 90s taglines back to Vince McMahon and the WWE. You see, everyone who competes in that ring out there is a legend. You wanted to make movies and be a movie star and now you are. But just remember, Hollywood's fickle, Rock. The flame of stardom burns out faster in Hollywood than it does in professional wrestling and you've already blown out your wrestling candle as far as I'm concerned. As for Hollywood, look at your watch Rock: tick tock, tick tock, time is running out. And as for me thinking I'm better than you. You have it all wrong, Rock. You see, me being the Chairman of the Board doesn't make me better than you, me simply being me makes me better than you. I'll tell you like I told Stone Cold Steve Austin a few weeks ago, I'm not a wrestler and you're not a wrestler anymore last I heard and you won't be a wrestler in Legends Championship Wrestling either. At least Austin is worthy of being here, but you… are not! You want to sell out and work in Hollywood, then go back to Hollywood!" The Rock said, "Look, tonight The Rock is here for the show and if the Board of Directors wants to offer me a contract, that's their decision. If you don't want them to offer me a contract then you better meet with them before I do and try to convince them not to. As for tonight, I'm going to go take my seat now and enjoy the rest of the show. The only question left is: am I going to have to walk on you or can I walk around you?" Calaway got in The Rock's face and said, "Tonight, you can walk around me, but to get a contract you're not going to walk around me, you're not going to walk on me…you're going to have to walk though me." Calaway moved aside and The Rock walked past him and said as he walked away and his voice trailed off, "You need to take a walk with a box of Altoids. That's what you need to do. Stank ass breath be smelling like catfish and collared greens." Calaway pulled out his cell phone and said, "I want an emergency session with the Board of Directors tomorrow morning. I don't care what you have to do, just make it happen!" Calaway closed the phone.

Gary Michael Capetta introduced Lil Mama who came out with a step team and drumline and performed "Lip Gloss" during the Playboy Dance Showdown featuring Woman, Missy Hyatt, and Madusa Micelli. After Woman was announced as the winner based on the decision of Hugh Heffner's girlfriends, The Nasty Boys came out and chased Woman out of the ring, but Madusa stood up to them and refused to leave the ring. Missy Hyatt attacked Madusa from the behind and The Nasty Boys held her as Hyatt attacked her. Lex Luger came out with a steel chair and cleared The Nasty Boys and Missy Hyatt out of the ring.

In the back, Kimberly Page approached Diamond Dallas Page and said, "Page, I just want to make sure that I'm out there tonight when you take on Ted DiBiase. I know you're worried about me being there especially with what happened last week on Showdown, but I'm going to be fine. It's really important that I'm out there so Hugh Heffner can see me. I want to be in Playboy again." Page said she could jojn him at ringside, but if something happened to her he wasn't going to be responsible for what he does to Ted DiBiase.

LCW World Tag Team Champions The Wild Samoans (with Gary Hart) defeated Tony Atlas and Rocky Johnson in 9:12 by pinfall when Wild Samoan Afa pinned Rocky Johnson after the Samoan Drop.

In the back, Mean Gene Okerlund interviewed The Blackjacks who promised tonight to make the Hart Foundation bleed and win the LCW United States Tag Team Championships.

Ted DiBiase (with Virgil) defeated LCW Television Champion Diamond Dallas Page (with Kimberly Page) in 6:39 by pinfall to win the LCW Television Championship with a small package rollup after Page hit an interfering Virgil with the Diamond Cutter. After the match, Kimberly slapped Page and walked out without him.

In the back, Mean Gene Okerlund interviewed the new LCW Television Champion Ted DiBiase as he made his way through the curtain. As he was talking about beating Page, Kimberly Page walked past him and he followed after her.

The Blackjacks defeated LCW United States Tag Team Champions The Hart Foundation in 5:49 by pinfall after the Double Down spike piledriver to win the LCW United States Tag Team Championships.

In the parking lot, The Rock was escorting his father, Rocky Johnson, and Tony Atlas to their car when LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway approached them with security officials and laughed about Atlas and Johnson losing to The Wild Samoans. Calaway then told the security officials to escort The Rock out of the building and warned him that until he had a signed contract he was banned from any arena that LCW is appearing in. The Rock said that was fine with him, but once he did sign a contract, Calaway was going to be the first one to have a target on his back.

LCW Heritage Champion Tully Blanchard (with Baby Doll) defeated Jake Roberts in 6:20 in a snake pit match by pinfall after the slingshot suplex after a snake bit Roberts' leg when Blanchard threw him into the pit. During the match, the ring was surrounded on three sides, every side but the entrance side, with three fiberglass pits filled with thousands of snakes both venomous and non-venemous. Baby Doll had to stand on the entrance side. Hugh Heffner could be seen admiring Baby Doll at ringside and telling his girlfriends that he liked her.

Jesse Ventura approached LCW Commissioner Nick Bockwinkel and requested that LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway and the rest of "his entourage", Superstar Billy Graham and Tully Blanchard, be banned from ringside during his match against LCW Universal Champion Nikita Koloff. Bockwinkel said that sounded fair and announced that Calaway, Graham, and Blanchard were banned from ringside during the main event.

Bobby Heenan defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin in 1:36 by pinfall in a steel cage after Hulk Hogan interfered and attacked Austin. During the match, Austin was ready to go, but Hulk Hogan's theme song began to play and Hogan limped to the ring with a crutch under his right arm. Hogan got in the steel cage and told Austin he wanted Heenan. Hogan grabbed Heenan and then turned around and attacked Austin, hitting him with the crutch and several right hands before throwing him into the steel cage and hitting him with the big boot and the legdrop. Heenan covered Austin as Hogan made the referee make the count. As the cage was raised above the ring, Mean Gene Okerlund got in the ring and said, “Hulk Hogan, this feels so familiar that it makes me sick, but something’s even worse about this than when you joined the nWo ten years ago. You’ve joined up with the man who has tried to destroy Hulkamania for over twenty years and who tried to get you kicked out Legends Championship Wrestling by placing steroids in your locker last year, Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan. How could you do this?” Austin began to get up and King Kong Bundy and One Man Gang came out and attacked him. Heenan grabbed a steel chair and handed it to Hogan. Hogan blasted Austin with the steel chair, busting him wide open. Hogan responded to Okerlund saying, "Listen brother, for almost thirty years Bobby Heenan has made Hulkamania the force that it is. He helped make me a hero. He was the evil force that my hero had to fight. He helped make me the icon that all these people worshipped. Ten years ago, when I joined the nWo, I told all these stupid people to stick it and five years later these idiots were cheering for me again. Last year, I said I didn’t do steroids, I said I was being setup, but who believed me? Not these people, Mean Gene. Nobody in the back believed me, brother. No one wrote in asking for me to be forgiven. No one came to my defense. And it was just as Heenan said it would be. Last year, he came to me and said this would happen and I didn’t believe him, brother. But as I watched it all unfold, I knew Heenan had something. I knew he was right. Let's go back one year to SuperClash last year, brother. Eric Bischoff beat me when Heenan came out and tripped me. Bischoff pinned me after I was tripped. A fall on the face can't knock out Hulk Hogan, but that one did. Something doesn't seem wrong with that, brother? It was all a plan from the beginning and Bobby Heenan was right from the beginning and everything he said came to be. This man spent twenty years trying to destroy Hulkamania. I’ve spent twenty years trying to destroy him and the Heenan Family. After twenty years of war brother, I’m done. I’ve signed the peace treaty, I’ve signed the contract, and as of tonight, this man, Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan is my new manager. Heenan’s the brains and I’m the brawn of the new Heenan Family. I’m the new power in the Heenan Family, brother. And with Heenan by my side, I’m going to get back what’s mine, the LCW Universal Championship.” Meanwhile, a bloody and almost unconscious Austin was being taken out of the ring by medical officials. Hogan said, “And as for Stone Cold Steve Austin, you may have sold more t-shirts with your 'Austin 3:16' and you and Vince McMahon may have sold out more arenas than me, but at the end of the day I am wrestling, brother. At the end of the day, Hulk Hogan is professional wrestling. Austin, tonight was a wake up call. All I just did was light a fire under your ass. You don’t want to wrestle me, brother, well that’s fine. I’ll just keep kicking your ass until you get in this ring with me so we can prove once and for all who's the most dominant force in professional wrestling history. And whatcha gonna do when Hulkamania 3:16 runs wild on you!" Hogan and Heenan laughed as they left the ring together with King Kong Bundy and One Man Gang.

In the back, Kimberly Page was packing her bags into the car and was approached by Diamond Dallas Page. Page asked her what was going on and Kimberly said he always screwed everything up for her and she was tired of it. Page apologized and asked if they could talk and Kimberly said she would be at Showdown next week and they could talk then. She said, "I've got you a rematch for the title next week on Showdown." Page asked how and Kimberly said, "Don't ask me how I did it, you don't want to know, and all that matters is that I did. So here's the deal: next week on Showdown, you regain that title back or you're going to lose me forever." Kimberly got in the car and slammed the door shut and drove away.

In the back, Sean Mooney interviewed the medic who examined Jake Roberts after his snake pit match against Tully Blanchard in which he was bitten by one of the snakes in the snake pit. The medic said that the snake that bit Roberts was not one of the venomous snakes and he was going to be fine.

LCW Universal Champion Nikita Koloff defeated Jesse Ventura in 13:17 by pinfall after the Russian Sickle clothesline in a Chained Fury match in which the ring ropes were replaced with chain, the turnbuckle pads were removed, and Koloff and Ventura were connected at the wrist by a chain. Towards the end of the match, both men were covered in blood and most of the ring was also covered in blood. After the match, LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway, LCW International Champion Superstar Billy Graham, and LCW Heritage Champion Tully Blanchard, with Baby Doll, stood in the ring and celebrated with a bloody Koloff as the show went off the air.
